Our own head office, on the second floor at Jalan Pantai Berawa: a reception under a ring of greenery, a lobby lounge, a boardroom, an open-plan floor with planted partitions and private offices for the founders and the design team. Designed and fitted out by the same team that builds our villas, it is where clients meet us and where every project is drawn.
We fitted out the office the way we build for clients: one contract for design, permits, construction and furniture, paid by milestone, with the same finishes and the same attention to lighting and acoustics we put into a villa. It is also the easiest way to see our work in person: book a call and we will invite you to Berawa.
The area: Berawa and Canggu
Berawa is the quieter, greener edge of Canggu, a few minutes from the beach clubs of Batu Bolong and the surf of Echo Beach, with the cafés, gyms and schools that made Canggu the busiest expat and rental market on the island. Villas here rent all year round, to families and remote workers in the low season and to holiday groups over Christmas and the European summer.
The lanes behind Jalan Pantai Berawa still hold rice fields and family compounds, so the best plots are the ones set back from the main road, and access, drainage and the neighbours matter as much as the view. Our own office is on Jalan Pantai Berawa, so every site in this area is one we can visit the same day.

Elper Development Office is one of the commercial projects we design and build for clients, with the same team and the same method as our villas: one contract for concept, permits, construction and fit-out, milestone payments and a documented construction file. Restaurants, offices, studios and small hospitality buildings all follow the same path, from the first sketch to the opening day.
