Who we are

This website is published by PT PMA Elper Development Bali, a company established in Bali, Indonesia (Jl. Pantai Berawa No. 150, 2nd floor, Canggu, Tibubeneng, Kec. Data we collect

Information you give us through the contact form: name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and the message you write. If you book a call, the booking is handled by Google Calendar under Google's own terms and privacy policy. If you contact us on WhatsApp, the conversation is subject to WhatsApp's terms. We do not collect payment details on this site.

Automatically collected data

Our web host and content delivery network keep standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested, time) for security and to keep the site running. This site uses Google Analytics (see Cookies below) and no advertising pixels. If we enable an anti-spam service on the contact form (Cloudflare Turnstile or Google reCAPTCHA), that service may process your IP address and browser signals to distinguish people from bots.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, to send you information about our villas and projects when you have asked for it, to protect the site from abuse, and to meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

Who we share it with

Our technical providers (web hosting, email delivery) as needed to run the site and answer you; Google, if you book a call through Google Calendar; and public authorities where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and, at most, for three years after our last exchange, unless a longer period is required by law or you become a client.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or withdraw a consent you gave. Residents of the European Union have these rights under the GDPR; we apply them to everyone. Write to contact@elperdevelopment.com and we will answer within one month.

Cookies

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure visits (pages viewed, country, device type). Google Analytics sets a first-party cookie to tell visitors apart and does not receive your full IP address. We set no advertising cookies. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings or with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, and the site keeps working normally.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, keeps no database of visitor data beyond the enquiries you send, and limits who can access those enquiries. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Changes

We may update this page when the site or the law changes. The date at the top tells you when it was last revised.
